TIMESCAPES [ nautical dawn ]
First light, 12 degrees below the horizon.
I'm interested in our understanding of what we are looking at and question both the thing itself and the image of the thing. Vision can be the result of some form of unconscious reference, a mere reflection of light on a surface. It's not so much the location it's more the time, all ways early mornings, the time in-between night and day we call it nautical dawn when the sun is 12 degrees below the horizon.
